Andy Rogers has served as the Executive Director of Camp Westminster since 2008. He is responsible for the overall operation of Camp including: the summer camp ministry, program development, camper recruitment, staff recruitment and supervision, public relations and fiscal management. He works closely with and is a member of the Camp Westminster Board of Managers.

Andy and his wife Kathy have four daughters: Mikayla, Morgan, Maisey, and Maggie. With a degree in Youth Studies, Andy and Kathy spent the 16 years prior to their time at Camp Westminster serving the Lord in pastoral ministry to youth and families. When not at camp, Andy enjoys time with family and friends, hunting, and hockey.

In his own words: “Camping ministries have been a common theme in both our lives. Kathy’s as a camper, counselor, and lifeguard; mine as a camper and Youth Pastor working in various camps to provide weeklong events and weekend retreats for multiple youth groups. In fact, Kathy and I first met as counselors at camp. We’re thrilled the Lord has brought us to Camp Westminster and we hope to serve him faithfully with our lives.

Billy has a Bachelor’s degree in Managerial Science from Georgia State University and about a decade of experience in roles with heavy customer service and sales elements. He spent 3 summers with us as a counselor during his college years, and his passion for the gospel and the outdoors has brought him back to the place he loves.

Billy is the guy to call when you are planning an event here at Camp Westminster. He will help you coordinate your time here, and he’ll do it with a big smile!

He spends most of his free time with his wife, Sarah Beth, and their daughter, Charlotte (A.K.A. Chuck). He also enjoys playing guitar, watching TV, hiking, and camping.

In his own words: “Since my first time visiting Camp Westminster to ride horses, this place has had a special place in my life. I love Jesus and I love people, and I’m thankful to work in a capacity that allows me to use those affections for a ministry that loves those things too.”

Marques is the Program Coordinator and joined the Camp Westminster family in 2023. He oversees all activities and makes sure that Camp Westminster runs a Gospel-focused, safe, and fun summer camp and year-round retreat program, ensuring all activities are properly maintained, sufficiently staffed, and safely run for participants.

Marques & his wife Alyssa have been married since 2013 and have 2 children Aubriana & Micah. He has Bachelors degree in Pastoral ministry with an emphasis in Youth Ministry. Prior to Camp Westminster he had 15 years of ministry experience and spent 9 of those years on staff within in the local church serving youth & families. Marques would call himself a Floridian since he spent 18 years there but in his life he has been fortunate enough to call 7 different states home.

Marques spends most his free time with family, friends, smoking meat, and having a good time.  He also has a healthy obsession with Chick-Fil-A and has a passion for sports. But as a fan Florida Gator he refuses to cheer for the Georgia Bulldogs.

In his own words "My passion for camp started my first summer camp where i was a camper. From there my passion grew as i worked many summers at camp and then started taking students to camp when i became a youth pastor. I have personally experienced and witnessed the impact camp has. The many lives that have been changed including mine all because of camp is astounding. Now my camp story continues and has come full circle being on staff at Camp Westminster full time. Where i will have the opportunity for lives to be reached and changed for eternity as we proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ."

Phoebe Bailey is Camp Westminsters Equine Coordinator. She is responsible for the year round care of our horses, running the lesson program, and overseeing summer riding classes and trail rides. Phoebe loved horses from an early age, and has been riding since age 9. She grew up jumping and barrel racing, then moved on to teaching lessons as a young adult. She has three of her own horses, Midas, Phantom and Peaches. When Phoebe is not at the barn she is reading or spending time with her two dogs Sadie and Carlton.

In her own words: "I have always had a passion for horses and serving in my community, At Camp Westminster, I have the opportunity to share Gods love through my passions. Throughout my journey as an equestrian the horses have taught me many valuable lessons that carry over to my walk with Christ, and I am looking forward to sharing those lessons with others.

Elyse is your go-to with questions after booking a retreat, registering for camp, or interning at camp. She is the one that will help you find you the details you need and problem-solve so that you have the best Camp Westminster experience. 

Elyse has a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences from Pepperdine University, an M.S. in Biomedical Sciences and Entrepreneurship from Georgia State University, and completed dietetics training at Emory.

When she isn't coordinating at camp, she consults as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and works with the youth at her church.

If she isn't administrating or practicing nutrition, you'll find her cooking, reading, walking her rescue pup named Gidget, or playing strategy board games with her friends and her husband, Andy. 

In her own words "I'm grateful to be able to serve ministry leaders, youth, and their families with the gifts I've been given here at Camp Westminster." 

Sherry McNeil is Camp Westminster’s Accounting Manager and is responsible for bookkeeping, payroll, and donor management. Prior to her time at Camp Westminster, Sherry has spent her career working as Financial Administrator for church.

Sherry attended the University of Georgia and has a bachelor's degree in Child and Family Development. She grew up in Lawrenceville and is a true Georgia Peach. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters, Ali and Cassie.

In her own words: “God has given me a passion for numbers, and I am thankful that I get to do what I enjoy while working with such Godly co-workers. I love the summer weather, reading and listening to music. I will never forget my time here at Camp Westminster as a child and now I have the privilege to work here. I am looking forward to seeing what else God as in store for me.”
